Pinellas Auto Service

Great service provided by both the tow truck drivers and the garage. My car suddenly wouldn’t start when I came out of a store and I called AAA. The truck came quickly and Steve replaced the dead battery. However, the alternator also needed replacement and had to be brought to the garage. Steve followed me home to make sure I got there safely, and then arranged for the car to be towed to the garage. It was late in the day, and Dusty called me early the next morning to confirm what needed to be done. He called a few hours later to let me know the car was ready. Thanks so much Steve and Dusty!

It was my 1st time here and I was very pleased with the service I received having to have a fuel pump replaced. Dusty was very honest and upfront about the pricing and it ended up being less than quoted. I will go here again, if in need, and will also recommend this shop to others. Women often find it hard to find an honest mechanic but Dusty was great.

Prior to coming in I read the reviews and kept seeing Dusty’s name come up. I was happy to have him answer the phone when I called. He was great.. from the very first phone call to when I picked up my car. Very professional and nice. They completed the repairs much quicker than I expected. I took some cards with me to pass out to people I know. Dusty, thank you so much! Hopefully I don’t need a mechanic anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back here!

I had a customer of mine suggest this shop so I decided to give them a try. I am big on honesty. I brought my SUV in for an oil change. The gentleman in the office, I think his name was Dustin or Dusty, gave me a fair price and even called me on my lunch break to suggest that I get new windshield wipers since I was taking a long trip. I'm glad he did and they came in handy. I was also pleasantly surprised that he filled my washer bottle at no charge and put air in my tires. It was fast service too. I will definitely be back again. The extra drive was worth getting good honest service.

I cannot say enough positive things about the incredible service I received! From start to finish, this team went above and beyond to restore my vehicle with precision, care, and professionalism. They replaced my brakes, calipers, performed an oil change, and flawlessly repaired my bumper, and when I say flawlessly, I mean you would never know it was damaged in the first place. The quality of their work is simply exceptional. Their communication was clear, timely, and respectful throughout the entire process. I always felt informed and supported, which made the experience stress-free and surprisingly pleasant. On top of all that, their pricing was refreshingly affordable, especially considering the high caliber of work they delivered. It is rare to find a provider that combines technical excellence, genuine customer care, and fair pricing so seamlessly. I am beyond impressed and deeply grateful. If you are looking for trustworthy, top-tier auto repair, look no further. This team is the gold standard. Thank you for taking such great care of my car, and of me!
